HOTEL POLICY
Check-In/Check-Out is as follows:
Check-In after 2:00 pm.
Check Out till 12:00 am.
Early Check-In and Check-Out may be available. Any change in the reservation must be received and confirmed by us 7 days prior to arrival.
In case of unforeseeable circumstances and late arrival, the guests must call Tel:(+359)889805040
Late Check-Out must be authorized in advance to avoid additional housekeeping fees.
If possible, late Check-Out till 4 PM will be charged 30 BGN, and till 7 PM – 40 BGN.
Cancellations/Prepayments
10 days prior to check-In, there will be no charge of cancellation from July 1 until August 25 and 7 days prior to check-in from June 14 until June 30 / August 26 until September 7
After these days, the cancellation fee is the amount of the deposit.
Prepayments: Deposit of the amount of 30% within 3 days of the reservation date.
In case of any changes of the reservation, after check-In, 100% of the reservation will be charged.
Housekeeping Services
We offer complimentary daily housekeeping from 9 am. till 4 pm. at no additional fee. Sheets are replaced every fifth day and towels-every third day after your check-in.
Additional replacement of bed linens: 10 BGN.
Bed Linens
Guests are responsible for any considerable wear and tear.
Payment Methods
-Cash at the reception
-Bank transfer to one of the hotel accounts
(bank fees and charges are the responsibility of the transferor).
Deposits and Guaranteed Reservations
Reservations need to be guaranteed by the above-mentioned deposit, cash, or bank transfer. You need to show a valid ID upon check-in.
Reservation/ Cancellation fees
Any cancellations need to be sent by Е-mail. The date of cancellation is the date of your E-mail.

Guests are responsible to pay for any and all damages they cause to hotel property.
