HOTEL POLICY

Check in/Check out is as follows:
Check In after 2:00 pm.
Check Out till 12:00 am.

Early Check In and Check Out may be available. Any change in reservation must be received and confirmed by us 7 days prior arrival.
In case of unforeseeable circumstances and late arrival, the guests must call Tel:(+359)889805040
Late Check Outs must be authorized in advanced to avoid additional housekeeping fees.
If possible, late Check Out till 4 PM will be charged 30 BGN, and till 7 PM – 40 BGN.

Cancellations/Prepayments
14 days prior check in, there will be no charge of cancellation.

From July 1 until August 25:
10 to 7  days prior arrival – guests will be charged the price of one overnight stay.

From June 10 until June 30 / August 26 until September 5
14 to 10 days prior arrival – guests will be charged the price of one overnight stay.
After these days, cancellation fee is the amount of deposit.
Prepayments: Deposit of the amount of 30%  within 3 days of the reservation date.
In case of any changes of reservation, after check in, 100% of the reservation will be charged.

Housekeeping Services
We offer complimentary daily housekeeping from 9 am. till 4 pm. at no additional fee. Sheets are replaced every fifth day and towels-every third day after you check in.
Additional replacement of bed linens: 10 BGN.

Bed Linens
Guests are responsible for any considerable wear and tear.

Payment Methods
-Cash at the reception
-Bank transfer to one of the hotel accounts
(bank fees and charges are responsibility of the transferor).

Deposits and Guaranteed Reservations
Reservations need to be guaranteed by the above mentioned deposit, cash, or by bank transfer. You need to show a valid ID upon check in.

Reservation/ Cancellation fees
Any cancellations need to be send by Е-mail.The date of cancellation is the date of your E-mail.

Hotel Policy For Accidentals
Guests are responsible to pay for any and all damages they cause to hotel property.

All guests must follow the sanitary rules of the hotel at all times from check-in to check-out. Refusal to comply with them leads to the termination of hotel and restaurant services, as the hotel reserves the right to withhold the full amount of the stay and does not bear any responsibility in such cases, as well as in case of infection from outside.
