The price is according to the type of room and the number of accommodated tourists and includes bed, breakfast,lunch and dinner buffet, Wi-Fi access, use of outdoor pool, umbrellas and sunbeds by it, tourist tax, tourist insurance and VAT.
Under 15 guests in the hotel, food is served on a set menu.
Children up to 2.99 years old are accommodated free of charge.
The hotel offers, upon request, a baby cot.
Minimum stay two nights.
Surcharge for early check-in after 10am. on the day of arrival – BGN 30 for a room and BGN 40 for a studio. Early check-in is possible only in case of free rooms and after confirmation by the hotel.
Changes and cancellations:
1. Guests have the right, without compensation or penalty, to cancel hotel accommodation within 7 calendar days before the start date of accommodation in the period from July 1 to August 25 and 7 calendar days in the periods from June 14 to June 30 and from August 26 to September 7.
2. All changes and refusals of accommodation should be requested in writing to E-mail: info@hotelradina.net.
3. General penalties due to refusals of hotel accommodation at the expense of guests are as follows:
– from 7 (seven) days before the date of accommodation in the period from July 1 to August 25 and from 10 (ten) days before the date of accommodation in the period from June 14 to June 30 and from August 26 to September 7 – in the amount of the deposit.
4. Changes to reservations are made up to 7 days before the date of accommodation, and only if possible by the hotel.
5. Family Hotel “Radina” reserves the right to cancel reservations in case it is not possible to contact the client on the phone number specified by him.
